The ideal candidate combines strong Power BI and data analysis capabilities with the ability to understand operational processes, translate business requirements into reporting solutions, and assist users with the effective use and continuous improvement of the ITAD portal.\nThe role partners with regional and global teams to monitor operational performance, develop and enhance dashboards and KPIs, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and support projects that improve the ITAD user experience and operational effectiveness.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports supporting ITAD operations, performance management, and business decision-making.\nAnalyze operational data to identify trends, exceptions, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.\nDefine and monitor KPIs and performance metrics, translating data into clear and actionable business insights.\nSupport the ITAD portal, assisting users with functional questions, data-related issues, process execution, and issue resolution.\nPartner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities to enhance ITAD portal functionality, usability, data quality, and reporting capabilities.\nGather and document business requirements and translate them into dashboards, reports, portal enhancements, and process improvements.\nValidate data across systems and reports, investigating inconsistencies and supporting improvements to data quality and reporting accuracy.\nSupport testing and validation of ITAD portal changes, enhancements, and new functionality, including user acceptance testing (UAT).\nCollaborate with regional and global stakeholders to maintain and continuously improve ITAD business processes.\nSupport operational reviews by preparing performance reporting and clearly communicating findings, risks, and opportunities.\nIdentify opportunities to automate or simplify manual reporting and operational activities.\nCreate documentation, process guides, and training materials and provide guidance to ITAD portal users.\nSupport priority projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the ITAD organization.\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.\nTypically 2-4 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, operations, IT asset management, or a related field.\nHands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports is strongly preferred.\nExperience supporting business applications, portals, or digital workflow solutions is preferred.\nExperience in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), asset management, reverse logistics, returns, or services supply chain is an advantage but not required.\nKnowledge & Skills\nCore Skills\n Microsoft Power BI\nData visualization and dashboard development\nData analysis and interpretation\nKPI development and performance reporting\nData validation and data quality\nBusiness requirements gathering\nBusiness and operational process analysis\nProblem solving and root cause analysis\nProcess improvement\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)\nUser support and troubleshooting\nDocumentation and training\nSupply chain and operations\nHighly Desirable\nPower Query\nSQL\nDAX\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel\nData modeling\nWorkflow and portal support\nIT Asset Disposition (ITAD)\nIT Asset Management\nReverse logistics\nSAP or other ERP applications\nProcess automation and continuous improvement\nCross-Organization Skills\nEffective Communication\nAnalytical Thinking\nResults Orientation\nLearning Agility\nDigital Fluency\nCustomer Centricity\nCollaboration\nProblem Solving\nAttention to Detail\nImpact & Scope\nContributes directly to the effectiveness of ITAD operations through data-driven insights, reporting, and portal support.\nWorks with regional and global stakeholders to solve operational issues and improve business processes.\nIndependently manages assigned reporting, analytics, and portal-support activities while contributing to broader improvement initiatives.\nProvides analysis and recommendations that support operational and management decision-making.\nComplexity\nWorks on moderately complex operational and analytical problems using established processes and sound judgment.\nInvestigates data, reporting, and portal issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions.\nBalances day-to-day operational support with dashboard development and continuous improvement activities.\nEscalates more complex technical issues while retaining ownership of business requirements, testing, and user communication.\nPreferred Certifications\nCertifications are beneficial but not required.
