The role owns regional escalations, drives root cause analysis, and works cross-functionally with Global Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to improve fleet stability and customer satisfaction. This position also enables field and partner teams through technical guidance, training, and readiness support, while using data and analytics to identify trends, reduce repeat failures, and continuously improve service performance across the region.\n Responsibilities\nIndependently develops solutions for a supply chain project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge.\nAct as the primary technical authority for HP LaserJet products within the assigned region.\nOwn end-to-end issue resolution for complex hardware, firmware, and print-quality problems escalated from country engineering or support teams.\nProvide expert diagnosis for chronic issues related to fusers, imaging units, toner systems, controllers, and paper handling.\nValidate and support new LaserJet launches, including readiness assessments and post-launch technical monitoring.\nLead regional technical escalations, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repeat or high-impact failures.\nCoordinate corrective actions with Global Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.\nDevelop and deliver technical trainings, service notes, and troubleshooting guides.\nCertify partners on new platforms and technologies.\nEnsure service consistency and adherence to HP repair standards regionally.\nAnalyze failure trends, warranty data, and repair returns to identify systemic issues.\nSupport Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve product reliability.\nAct as a liaison between Regional Operations and Global Teams, translating field problems into actionable engineering feedback.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify repair processes and reduce service time.\nPropose tooling, diagnostics, or process improvements to enhance service efficiency.\nSupport digital initiatives such as remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and analytics.\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has more than 4 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, technical area or a related field.
