He/she acts as the key interface for operational matters between the DC / Cluster and HP.\nHe/she works closely with the Operations Account Manager for the site in managing cost performance, capacity planning, service quality and continuous improvements / efficiency enhancements. As a process representative (either as an owner for sub-processes or performer of processes) the operational coordinator is accountable for his/her site and supports / leverages / shares best practices with other sites.\nThis may include:\nEnsure & drive operational performance / excellence of the DC/Cluster site\nKPI / Metric management and driving corrective actions & continuous improvements\nShort term Capacity management\nDay-to-day operations Mgmt. Resolve d2d operational issues with LSP and HP SC stakeholders\nServe as 1st escalation point on operational matters\nOversee / manage Receiving, Inventory Integrity, and Value-Added Services process execution at DC site\nInvoice validation\nQuality claims validation\nProcess & Regulation compliance\nReporting tasks\nThe Operational Coordinator is capable of handling / analyzing larger sets of process, performance or cost data to provide insights and conclusions needed for Management decisions, continuous improvements, projects etc. He/she has an e2e understanding of related process, business requirements and dependencies.
