The role serves as the bridge between cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and R&D. The role refines the requirements and distributes work into logical customer valued deliverables, and opportunistically identifies synergies with organization's existing systems. Responsibilities\nSupports execution of multiple technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's software products.\nLeads end-to-end project or program lifecycles, from initiation to completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.\nDefines project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.\nDevelops project plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery.\nPerforms program analysis, manages risk, identifies and influences necessary course corrections, and communicates program status and activities across multiple levels of management.\nContinuously assesses and improves the processes that comprise the software development lifecycle.\nManages risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.\nDefines and tracks key metrics and performance indicators and drives cross-functional execution of program deliverables.\nLeads post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for enhancement.\nProvides oversight and planning to design and planning implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources. Education & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
