This ensures that HP remains agile and prepared to meet future challenges.\nJoin us and be part of a team that is redefining how technology transforms work.\nManaged Services Costing Transformation Intern - Program, Process & Digital Enablement \nThe Managed Services Costing Transformation Intern will support the ongoing execution and operationalization of the MS Costing Transformation program.\nThe role will work closely with the Costing Transformation lead and cross-functional stakeholders to support transformation governance, program tracking, costing processes and tools, business requirements documentation, stakeholder communication and reporting, and knowledge management.\nThe position provides exposure to a substantial HP business transformation involving costing governance, cost competitiveness, and associated processes.\n\nKey responsibilities:\nTransformation Program Coordination Support\nSupport maintenance of the MS Costing Transformation roadmap, milestones, action plans and status reporting. \nTrack deliverables, dependencies, owners and agreed actions. \nFollow up with workstream owners on outstanding actions and consolidate progress.\nCosting Governance & Process Support\nSupport administration and continuous improvement of the MS Costing Governance framework.\nHelp maintain process documentation, RACI/ownership information and governance materials.\nHelp coordinate Cost Owner and Service Delivery Owner governance activities.\nCosting Assets Operational Support\nSupport operationalization and adoption of several critical assets\nMaintaining supporting information, preparing test/use cases, monitoring workflow status, capturing feedback, supporting user onboarding and maintaining user/process guidance\nSupport Smartsheet workflow and reporting structures\nAI & Digital Productivity Enablement\nExplore opportunities to simplify recurring transformation activities through AI and automation.\nUse Microsoft 365 Copilot to accelerate research, documentation and summarization. \nSupport Copilot Notebooks and related knowledge assets. \nHelp structure SharePoint/Teams content for better reuse.\n\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics or similar. \nFluent in English, both spoken and written\nGood Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or other agentic AI products\nAnalytical and structured problem-solving approach. \nCuriosity about business processes, transformation and technology.\nGood written communication and documentation skills. \nAbility to organize complex information and coordinate actions across multiple stakeholders. \n\nExperience our benefits: \nPaid internship within a global, technology driven company. \nJoin an international work environment, with opportunities for learning, professional development, and networking across teams. \nFlexible working schedule, with options for part-time agreements (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day).
