The role supervises and leads a team of operations professionals (exempt individual contributors) providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. The role includes managing supply chain logistics, production, procurement, inventory, and distribution. Responsibilities\nUndertakes accountability for supply and demand activities for multiple product lines, ensuring that performance (inventory, cost, etc.) meets global and regional planning requirements.\nManages a team of exempt individual contributors that typically support a moderately complex global business unit.\nEnsures the delivery of products and services that meet the performance metrics defined by senior management.\nManages the demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution and identifying issues and their impact.\nConsults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a limited scope.\nProactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in their design and implementation.\nDrives countries' trade compliance programs to realize efficiencies and advantages in the supply chain.\nDrives budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support cost-effective operations.\nCollaborates with multiple stakeholders to maintain successful operations, addressing any roadblocks or challenges.\nParticipates in hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes. Education & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
