The role actively tests new products, provides technical assistance to process development and engineering teams, and addresses technical quality issues. The role identifies areas for manufacturing line improvement and ensures updates are integrated into the systems. The role also aligns its work with the company's strategy while demonstrating problem-solving skills and forward planning. Responsibilities\nGathers and assesses data concerning both the manufacturing process and associated equipment, and interprets blueprints and schematics relevant to the manufacturing process.\nTests new products and provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.\nDismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to schematics, repair manuals, or specifications.\nProvides hands-on assistance to resolve technical quality issues related to customer complaints, manufacturing, engineering, test methods, and equipment.\nIdentifies potential areas for improvement in the manufacturing line, optimizing tool availability, cycle time, and utilization.\nManages documentation pertaining to manufacturing and related processes and ensures updates are integrated into the manufacturing systems.\nAligns individual work with strategy, collaborates with teams to enhance operations and implements process improvements to standardize processes globally.\nAdheres to established standards, ensuring data confidentiality, and supports execution of business processes with independent judgment.\nCompletes process-oriented assignments, shares technical information, and supports department-level operational plans.\nIdentifies and solves varied problems and completes day-to-day tasks with forward planning and minimal supervision. Education & Experience Recommended\nHigh School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in manufacturing systems and equipment maintenance, machine operation, or a related field.
