MFO MEMS Process EngineerDescription - Job Summary This role is responsible for taking a leadership position within functional project teams, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, and performing solution design, capacity modeling, validation, and manufacturing. The role provides essential feedback on compliance, and ensures product quality and risk mitigation. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues, offer expertise, drive innovation, and provides guidance across cross-organizational projects. Responsibilities Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams of other manufacturing engineers and internal and outsourced development and manufacturing partners responsible for all stages of the product lifecycle from new product introduction through end of lifecycle, including solution design, capacity modeling, validation, tooling, manufacturing. Reviews and evaluates product designs and project activities for compliance with manufacturing guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to the team in case of deviation.
