This role drives cross-functional alignment across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Customer Support to ensure products are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality, cost, performance, and customer experience objectives.\nThe NPI Program Manager serves as the primary program integrator, balancing business priorities, technical requirements, manufacturing readiness, and operational risks while enabling effective decision-making across global teams and development partners.
