In addition, this team is responsible for monthly worldwide (Corvallis + Singapore) wafer planning which includes planning for incoming material, monthly pen assembly planning, twice yearly worldwide resource planning end-to-end, yearly factory capacity modeling, and space needs for R&D programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeads the development and execution of integrated business, financial, and manufacturing engineering plans that support business strategy, product roadmaps, growth initiatives, cost reduction, capacity, and operational performance.\nProvides direct and ongoing leadership for teams responsible for business planning, engineering solutions, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional program execution.\nDirects and prioritizes complex planning and engineering projects; manages headcount, schedules, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.\nEstablishes goals, objectives, metrics, and governance aligned with program and organizational roadmaps; develops contingencies and recommends realignment when business, technical, schedule, or budget conditions change.\nPartners with business leaders, program managers, engineering teams, operations, finance, and internal and external development partners to manage risks, resolve issues, and implement plans.\nInfluences senior management through compelling analysis, data visualization, business cases, and recommendations that optimize business, factory, product-line, and financial performance.\nChampions engineering and operational excellence by establishing processes and metrics for continuous assessment, process improvement, quality, productivity, capacity expansion, new-product introduction, and production ramp.\nIdentifies and implements opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, automation, and efficient use of people, equipment, tooling, and capital.\nManages relationships and negotiations with outsourced partners and suppliers, setting expectations for deliverables, product quality, schedules, costs, and effective collaboration with internal teams.\nPerforms talent-management responsibilities, including recruitment, performance management, coaching, career development, succession planning, and establishment of team and individual performance goals.\nEnsures appropriate tools, training, knowledge systems, and development resources are in place to support team effectiveness and sustained process capability.\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably spanning business strategy and planning, operations, manufacturing engineering, engineering design and solutions, program management, or a related field.\nKnowledge & Skills\nAnalytics and Data Analysis\nBusiness and Financial Planning\nBusiness Intelligence and Data Visualization\nBusiness Strategy and Thought Leadership\nContinuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing\nEngineering and Manufacturing Management\nManufacturing Engineering and Processes\nMarket, Customer, and Competitive Intelligence\nNew Product Development and Production Ramp\nProcess Improvement and Automation\nProject and Program Management\nRisk Management\nStatistics and Economic Analysis\nSupply Chain, Supplier, and Outsourced Partner Management\nSystems Engineering and Tooling\nThe pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
