This role will be\ncritical to drive key initiatives to achieve aggressive cost targets to meet LaserJet financials metrics.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDriving innovative, cross functional strategies for reducing costs in shipping products and NPI’s\nIdentification of joint opportunities with InkJet and Personal Systems, working with counterparts in those organizations to align leadership teams and execute plans.\nActing as overall R&D lead for OPS Product Development cost reduction team\nManagement of LaserJet MIB process, including management of key interlinks with Canon Alliance team and HP Operations teams.\nExecution lead for Canon based product R&D cost reduction activities\nPMT Leadership of special post-launch programs to reduce cost in first 12-18 months following specific launches\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.
