The main objective of this role is to ensure that the implementation meets project scope, timeline, and budget expectations. The Project Manager role is focused on the hardware, services and solutions deployment after contract signature, interacting directly with the customer, installation partners and cross-functional internal HP teams across various geographies and customer facilities within that contract.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end transition of managed services projects or programs in accordance with contractual commitments, Statements of Work (SOW), and agreed customer outcomes.\nAct as the primary customer point of contact throughout implementation and transition, managing communication, expectations, governance, risks, issues, and escalations.\nDevelop, maintain, and govern overall project and transition plans, ensuring alignment across internal teams, suppliers, partners, and customer stakeholders.\nManage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, purchase orders, supplier payments, revenue realization, and cost control to meet business targets.\nEstablish and drive project governance, including status reporting, KPI tracking, milestone reviews, change control, and executive communications.\nCoordinate cross-functional resources, incl. delivery teams and partners to ensure successful execution of project deliverables.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders while representing the organization in client-facing engagements.\nSupport sales and pursuit activities by contributing delivery expertise, solution validation, implementation planning, due diligence, discovery, and opportunity assessments.\nEnsure contractual, operational, and commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including documentation management, acceptance processes, and change order execution.\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and opportunities, proactively driving mitigation plans and supporting organizational objectives.\nOversee deployment and implementation activities, including project setup, supplier onboarding, ordering coordination, forecasting, installation management, and service readiness.\nMaintain project data quality and ensure accurate updates across project management and operational tools.\nMonitor project performance against cost, schedule, quality, and other targets, escalating deviations and driving corrective actions where required.\nFacilitate project handovers to operational delivery teams and conduct lessons learned reviews to support continuous improvement and best practice sharing.\nMentor project team members and promote professional development, project management excellence, and adherence to organizational methodologies and standards.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities, participate in and lead MSD process improvement projects and initiatives\nSkills and Competences:\nCustomer centricity\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills\nStrong Project Management Skills,Ability to prioritize several projects at once.
