Following a truly employee first culture, we are guided by the HP Way that creates a culture of mutual trust, empowerment and excellence.\nProject Manager, Procurement\nAs a Project Manager in the you have a win-win opportunity: Use your skills to implement integrated solutions, then grow your own career through a variety of paths inside one of the world’s leading technology companies.\nAs a Project Manager - Procurement\nLead end-to-end procurement transformation projects from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.\n\nCreate executive-level presentations and deliver compelling business storytelling to effectively communicate project progress, insights, risks, and strategic recommendations\n\nDevelop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.\n\nManage cross-functional teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, and external partners.\n\nDrive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and procurement technology implementations.\n\nMonitor project progress, proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.\n\nFacilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.\n\nDevelop business cases and project roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.\n\nLead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption.\n\nMeasure project outcomes through KPIs, benefits realization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nEnsure compliance with governance, quality standards, and organizational policies.\n\nKnowledge & Skills\nProven experience leading medium-to-large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.\n\nStrong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and procurement operations.\n\nStrategic Planning and Execution\n\nStrong Analytical and Decision-Making Skills\n\nChange Management and Organizational Readiness\n\nRisk, Issue, and Dependency Management\n\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nExperience working with SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, or other procurement platforms.\n\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n8-12+ years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or business transformation.\n\nPreferred Certifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.\n\nExperience leading global transformation programs.\n\nWe take a of pride in our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion - it's just who we are.
