This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, program execution, risk management, and business readiness while ensuring successful progression through HP's Product Life Cycle (PLC).\nThe successful candidate will partner with engineering, operations, customer assurance, services, marketing, and business organizations to deliver innovative industrial printing solutions that meet customer, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership\nLead large, complex new product development programs across the full product lifecycle.\nOwn integrated program plans, schedules, milestone tracking, dependency management, and executive-level communications.\nEstablish clear program objectives and drive organizational alignment on priorities and deliverables.\nProactively identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks and issues.\nProduct Development\nLead cross-functional R&D teams through design, development, validation, and release activities.\nDrive execution of Product Life Cycle (PLC) milestones and readiness reviews.\nCoordinate subsystem development activities across multiple engineering disciplines.\nEnsure requirements, tradeoffs, and technical decisions are evaluated within overall program objectives.\nNew Product Introduction\nPlan and coordinate support for early customer installations and new product deployments.\nDrive organizational readiness across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, services, and customer assurance teams.\nCapture lessons learned from field deployments and incorporate improvements into future releases.\nLead successful transition of products from development into sustaining organizations. \nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Operations, Customer Assurance, Services, Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D teams.\nFacilitate decision-making among technical and business stakeholders.\nBuild strong working relationships across global organizations and external partners.\nEnsure effective communication of program status, risks, decisions, and key milestones.\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to PMO process improvements and standardization initiatives.\nDrive consistent use of PLC methodologies, tools, and governance practices.\nImprove program execution processes, communication practices, and operational effectiveness.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, Business, or related field.\n10+ years of experience leading complex technical projects or programs.\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nExperience driving large-scale hardware product development programs.\nStrong program planning, risk management, and stakeholder management capability.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with industrial systems, printing technologies, manufacturing equipment, or similar capital equipment industries.\nExperience managing programs from concept through customer deployment and production ramp.\nFamiliarity with product lifecycle management and phase-gate development processes.\nPMP or equivalent program management certification.\nExperience presenting program status and recommendations to senior leadership.\nCritical Competencies\nProgram and portfolio management\nStrategic thinking and execution\nTechnical aptitude\nLeadership through influence\nRisk management\nExecutive communication\nConflict resolution\nOrganizational agility\nCustomer focus\nBusiness acumen\nSuccess Measures\nSuccess in this role will be demonstrated through:\nSuccessful achievement of PLC milestones.\nDelivery of products to scope, schedule, quality, and cost objectives.\nEffective management of program risks and dependencies.\nSuccessful customer introductions and product ramps.\nStrong cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.\nContinuous improvement of program management practices and organizational effectiveness.\nSalary\nThe pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
