Quality Program Manager (QPM)Description - Job Summary The Quality Program Manager (QPM) is responsible for end-to-end quality ownership of HP products across the entire product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) through Early Product Life (EPL) and Continuing Life phases. The QPM serves as the central owner for quality issue detection, prioritization, and resolution, leveraging customer field data, telemetry, call/service data, and field test programs (Beta / Delta / CET).
