If you are selected for this role, you will be an employee of the agency and not H&P.\nDuration: Contract minimum of 9 months with potential for extension\nAt a Glance:\nThe Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support Helmerich & Payne's strategic business objectives. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional experience to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. The Recruiter serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner, ensuring efficient execution of recruiting processes while enhancing employer branding, supporting onboarding initiatives, and contributing to early career recruiting programs. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, customer-focused service, and a passion for building relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat you will do: \nTalent Acquisition & Recruitment\nSupport the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, operational, and technical positions across the organization.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies.\n\nSource, screen, and assess candidates through various recruiting channels.\n\nReview resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet established qualifications.\n\nConduct initial candidate screenings and facilitate movement throughout the selection process.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\n\nEnsure all recruiting activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.\n\nCandidate Experience\nDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.\n\nRespond to recruiting inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.\n\nDraft and manage candidate communications including interview invitations, status updates, offer-related correspondence, and onboarding instructions.\n\nEnsure consistent and transparent communication throughout all stages of recruitment.\n\nInterview Coordination & Logistics\nCoordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.\n\nManage interview logistics for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.\n\nCoordinate candidate travel arrangements and reimbursement processes as needed.\n\nPrepare interview schedules and supporting documentation.\n\nEnsure a seamless interview experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.\n\nPre-Employment & Onboarding Support\nFacilitate pre-employment requirements including:\nBackground screenings\n\nDrug screenings\n\nPhysical examinations\n\nEmployment verification processes\n\nCoordinate with HR Support Center and business partners to ensure hiring requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.\n\nSupport completion of onboarding activities, including I-9 processing and rehire documentation.\n\nAssist in new hire orientation and onboarding programs to support successful integration into the organization.\n\nEmployer Branding & Recruitment Marketing\nSupport recruitment marketing initiatives designed to attract qualified talent.\n\nDevelop and execute recruiting-related social media content and communication plans.\n\nEnhance H&P's employer brand through strategic outreach and candidate engagement.\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to promote employment opportunities and organizational culture.\n\nSupport initiatives that strengthen H&P's reputation as an employer of choice.\n\nEarly Career & Campus Recruiting\nSupport university recruiting efforts and workforce development initiatives.\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, student organizations, and community partners.\n\nRepresent the company at career fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.\n\nAssist in planning and executing internship and early career development programs.\n\nPartner with Talent Management to coordinate onboarding, engagement, and program activities for interns and entry-level talent.\n\nStakeholder Partnership\nBuild strong working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.\n\nProvide timely updates regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.\n\nCollaborate across Human Resources to improve processes and deliver effective hiring solutions.\n\nDemonstrate sound judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.\n\nWhat you need:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n\nOne (1) to three (3) years of experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, communications, education, staffing, customer service, sales, or a environment.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.\n\nNot a must, but a plus\nBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes.\n\nExperience working in a corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting environment.\n\nExperience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies preferred.\n\nThe job level and associated compensation for this position will be
