You will also collaborate with team of IT professionals across different regions and ensure the quality, performance, and security of our systems and data.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and execute the IT roadmap for supply chain planning, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and priorities.\n\nLead the implementation ofSAP IBP and SAP BTP ( preferred) as the core platform for supply chain planning, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to testing and deployment.\n\nManage the integration of SAP IBP with other systems and applications, such as SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, and related third-party tools.\n\nOversee the maintenance, support, and enhancement of the existing supply chain planning systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.\n\nEstablish and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor and a key point of contact for IT-related matters.\n\nMonitor and report on the IT performance, risks, and issues, and ensure compliance with the IT policies, standards, and best practices.\n\n'Thought leadership’ - understands supply chain planning trends, brings external perspectives, industry standards, best practices across different domains, redefines architecture and positions HP for future.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field\n\nMinimum 6-8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a Solution Developer - Candidates with lesser experience should not apply.\n\nProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex IT projects, preferably in the supply chain planning domain.\n\nExtensive experience with SAP IBP, EBW & CIDS including configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.\n\nKnowledge of real time integration (RTI), harmonized planning area, order based planning etc.\n\nExperience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies, such as Kinaxis, O9 etc.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and requirements.\n\nWillingness to travel internationally as needed.\n\nSAP-IBP Configurator & Developer role has been created to align to new planning organization structure.
