The Digital Deployment Program Manager is tasked to answer key strategic and operational questions around HPs supply chain and support high value and impact decisions with automation and analytics expertise.\nIf you’re looking to make a big impact using innovation and analytics on one of the largest tech supply chains in the world, we’re looking for someone like you.\nKey attributes for success are self-drive, strong leadership, communication as well as key business acumen.\nGeneral responsibilities:\nLead x-team efforts in increasing automation, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence adoption\nUtilize analytical expertise, project management and communication skills to lead high-impact initiatives that improve TCE performance through innovation and automation.\nFrames business challenges, structuring analytical approaches, and presenting well-supported conclusions to management.\nBalance between deployment of long-term transformation efforts and daily operations management.\nDevelops and maintains efficient day-to-day structures for performance-control, immediate problem solving and decision making\nProvide quantitative and qualitative support for recommendations by leveraging team’s advanced capabilities in data analysis, automation, operations research, decision analysis\nWork with program managers and subject matter experts to develop content for presentations to executive level for cross functional alignment. \nDrive WW alignment for tools Support, Adoption, Maintenance, and Improvement (OSS Suite, 3W suite, WWBI, K-Mart, AI)\nBuild a strong linkage between SC Customer Operations and SC Transformation in improving and adopting new technologies\nFacilitates business and IT interactions and organizes governances to implement best course of actions on digital deployments, with high TCE focus\nCommunicates at L2 Executive level, act as business consultant to a wide range of programs driving Supply Chain optimization and new business innovation.\nProvide clarity of action in critical strategic decisions related to SC / Order management\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 10+ years of work experience, 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function\nKnowledge & Skills\nFirst level university degree Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or Supply Chain may have advanced university degree.\nTypically, 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function\nUnderstanding of Market Supply Chain roles and processes\nExperience in customer facing activities and requirements with TCE focus\nExperience in driving high impact MOC activities\nBusiness requirements and business level understanding of S4 & OSS\nADKAR and Agile methodology training / experience is a plus\nExcellent analytic and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through both education and applied experience in advanced analytics.\nProven performance in projects requiring analytics, project management and problem solving skills.\nVery strong presentation and communication skills; ability to communicate crisply and efficiently is essential.\nDemonstrated ability to influence decision-making and convey ideas to cross-functional teams and all levels of management\nGood knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI. Access and high-level modelling tools.\nBasic financial acumen and advanced business knowledge - cross route-to-market is desirable\nProven networking capabilities enabling to establish and maintain good relationships and collaborate with other groups/functions to reach business objectives, in support of customer/partner requirements.\nDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, Ability to work cross functional\nIntellectual curiosity\nImpact & Scope\nImpacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects.
