This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in 0→1 environments, understands modern commerce systems, and can drive cross-functional execution at scale.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Execution\nDefine and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for HP’s commerce and payment platform\n\nLead 0→1 product development across cashback, deals, subscriptions, payments, and recommendations\n\nPresent product strategy, business cases, and roadmap to senior leadership (VP-level and above)\n\nPlatform & Experience Development\nPartner with design teams to define end-to-end customer experiences across Windows, web, and HP software ecosystem\n\nCollaborate with engineering to define technical architecture and deliver scalable, reliable systems\n\nEnsure tight integration across HP platforms and external partner ecosystems\n\nCommerce & Payments\nOwn product areas including:\nCashback and deals\n\nSubscription purchase and lifecycle management\n\nPayment processing and transaction systems\n\nIntelligent recommendation systems\n\nWork closely with finance to develop pricing strategies, revenue models, and financial forecasts\n\nData & Growth\nLeverage data to drive customer insights, personalization, and decision-making\n\nDefine and execute A/B testing and experimentation frameworks\n\nDrive engagement and revenue growth through continuous optimization\n\nCross-Functional Leadership\nCollaborate across:\nEngineering, Data Science, and Security teams to build robust, secure foundations\n\nMarketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies\n\nFinance and Accounting to ensure compliance and financial integration\n\nLegal and Privacy teams to meet regulatory and compliance requirements\n\nManage relationships with external partners and drive integrations into HP’s ecosystem\n\nProgram & Stakeholder Management\nLead complex, cross-functional programs involving global stakeholders\n\nNavigate ambiguity and align teams across a large organization\n\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of product management experience, preferably in:\nE-commerce, payments, subscriptions, or cashback platforms\n\nProven experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and execution\n\nStrong understanding of:\nPayment systems and transaction processing\n\nCustomer research, analytics, and insight generation\n\nSoftware development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum)\n\nExperience working with:\nCross-platform ecosystems (Windows and web environments preferred)\n\nData-driven product development and experimentation (A/B testing)\n\nDemonstrated ability to:\nLead complex programs with diverse stakeholders\n\nCommunicate effectively through presentations, documentation, and executive storytelling\n\nNavigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with:\nWindows PC ecosystem and desktop user experience\n\nSubscription lifecycle management and monetization models\n\nCommerce financial modeling and revenue optimization\n\nKnowledge of:\nLegal, compliance, and privacy requirements in payment and commerce systems\n\nUX design principles (customer journey, wireframing, usability)\n\nProduct marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies\n\nStrong background in:\nData analytics, experimentation, and growth frameworks\n\nPartner integrations and business development\n\nMBA or equivalent business experience is a plus\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDeliver a clear, compelling product vision and roadmap aligned across executive stakeholders\n\nLaunch and scale a high-quality, secure, and seamless commerce experience for HP customers\n\nEstablish and grow sustainable revenue streams from commerce services\n\nDrive measurable improvements in:\nCustomer engagement\n\nConversion rates\n\nRevenue growth\n\nContribute meaningfully to building a broader HP consumer software ecosystem\n\nThe pay range for this role is$147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
