strengthen GSB's competitive position and shape the future of the graphics industry.\nWhat You Will Do \nLead Strategic Planning Across GSB\nLead GSB’sstrategic planning, including long-range planning, portfolio reviews, and executive strategy discussions.\n\nTranslate GSB's long-term vision into actionable strategic priorities, portfolio choices, investment trade-offs and business initiatives.\n\nPartner with business units and strategy partners to develop, connect, and align business strategies, technology roadmaps, market plans,and cross-GSB priorities.\n\nDevelop executive-level recommendations and strategic narratives for senior leadership discussions.\n\nDrive Portfolio Management & Investment Prioritization\nDevelop an integrated view of GSB's business portfolio, including core businesses, growth platforms, software and solutions, and emerging opportunities.\n\nEvaluate portfolio performance, market attractiveness, growth potential, profitability, strategic fit, and investment trade-offs.\n\nShape investment prioritization and resource allocation recommendations across GSB.\n\nIdentify opportunities to create value through cross-business collaboration, shared capabilities,portfolio synergiesand integrated offerings.\n\nAct as a Strategic Advisor to Leadership\nStructure and lead analyses addressing GSB's most important strategic questions.\n\nDevelop market assessments,scenario analysesand business cases,that clarify strategic options, risks, and trade-offs.\n\nFacilitate executive discussions by translating complex issues into clear choices, implications, and recommendations.\n\nShape strategic content and executive narratives for leadership teams, board reviews and key planning & business forums.\n\nSupport Inorganic Growth & Strategic Partnerships\nSupport evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships where they impact GSB portfolio choices.\n\nEnsure inorganic opportunities are assessed in the context of GSB strategy, portfolio priorities, and long-term value creation.\n\nBuild One-GSB Alignment\nWork across business units and supporting functionsto create alignment around strategic priorities.\n\nServe as a key connector between business units, helping identify opportunities for synergy, integration, and shared value creation.\n\nEstablish a common strategic framework, planning cadence, and portfolio dialogue across GSB.\n\nMove strategy discussions from updates to execution by creating clear forums, choices, and follow-up.\n\nWho You Will Work With\nYou will work directly with the GSB Head of Strategy and collaborate closely with:\nGSB Strategy & Business Development leadership team\n\nBusiness Unit General Managers and BU Strategy Partners\n\nFinance and portfolio management teams\n\nProduct, technology, and roadmap leaders\n\nCorporate Strategy and Corporate Development teams\n\nRegional and go-to-market organizations\n\nWho We Are Looking For\nExperience\n7-12 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, investment banking, corporate development, or business transformation.\n\nProven experience leading complex strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.\n\nExperience developing business strategies, portfolio recommendations, investment casesand executive-level decision materials.\n\nExperience or strong exposure to technology, industrialmanufacturing, software, services, or capital equipment businesses.\n\nExperience with M&A, strategic partnerships, venture investments, or portfolio expansionis highly desirable.\n\nCapabilities\nExceptional strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong financial, analyticalskills, with the ability to translate analysis into executive recommendations.\n\nAbility to connect market trends, customer needs, technology evolution, and business performance into actionable strategic recommendations.\n\nExcellent executive communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.\n\nStrong relationship-building and influence skills, including the ability to lead through influence without formal authority.\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving, and global environments.\n\nAbility to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups while
