The Senior Trainer ensures high adoption rates, technical proficiency in troubleshooting, and a superior user experience during virtual/hybrid meetings.\nKey Responsibilities\n Training Strategy & Curriculum Design: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, self-paced e-learning modules, job aids, and user guides for AV/VC technologies.\n Technical Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) on advanced A/V setup, room systems (SIP/H.323), soft client troubleshooting, and network requirements for optimal audio/visual performance.\n Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain deep technical knowledge of current video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx Events) and hardware (Poly (Formally Polycom)).\nNeeds Assessment & Evaluation: Collaborate with IT and support departments to identify skill gaps.
