Working closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, the role translates complex requirements into clear, consistent user experiences and maintains design quality from concept through implementation.\nResponsibilities\nLeads UX/UI design for assigned consumer-facing product features and projects, from requirement clarification and concept development through detailed design and implementation.\nCreates high-quality UI designs with strong attention to visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and interaction states, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.\nTranslates complex product requirements and user needs into clear information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed interface designs.\nCollaborates closely with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements, align priorities, and develop practical solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.\nCommunicates design concepts and rationale clearly, incorporates constructive feedback, and helps cross-functional partners reach alignment on design decisions.\nDevelops and refines reusable UI components, interaction patterns, and design specifications to support consistency and efficiency across products.\nWorks with engineering teams throughout implementation, reviews developed experiences, and provides actionable feedback to resolve gaps between design intent and the final product.\nUses user insights, usability findings, and product feedback to identify experience gaps and refine design solutions, including interactions involving AI-powered features.\nShares design expertise, provides constructive feedback to fellow designers, and contributes to improvements in design practices, tools, and team collaboration.\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or graduate degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 5-8 years of UX/UI design experience, including experience with complex, consumer-facing digital products.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating polished UI design, thoughtful interaction design, and the ability to simplify complex requirements and workflows.\nHands-on experience designing AI-powered products or features, with an understanding of how to make AI capabilities clear, useful, and accessible to users.\nBasic English communication skills for routine work-related discussions and written communication with international colleagues.\nPreferred Certifications\nNo specific certification is required.\nKnowledge & Skills\nUser Interface (UI) Design\nVisual Design\nInteraction Design\nInformation Architecture\nUser Flows and Wireframing\nInteractive Prototyping\nFigma, Including Components and Auto Layout\nDesign Systems and Reusable UI Components\nCross-Platform Experience Design\nAI Product and Interaction Design\nUser-Centered Design and Usability Evaluation\nDesign Specifications and Implementation Review\nCross-Org Skills\nEffective Communication and Collaboration\nResults Orientation\nLearning Agility\nDigital Fluency\nCustomer Centricity\nImpact & Scope\nOwns the design quality and delivery of assigned product features and projects.
