This role ensures services are accurately defined, commercially viable, operationally executable, and compliant with business and regulatory requirements. The position partners with business, operations, finance, supply chain, sales, and regional stakeholders to manage service portfolios, drive catalog effectiveness, and support business growth through scalable and standardized service solutions.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of service SKUs, including creation, modification, governance, and retirement.\nEstablish and maintain service catalog standards, policies, and controls.\nEvaluate and approve new service offerings to ensure operational, financial, and commercial readiness.\nLead portfolio simplification initiatives to reduce complexity while preserving customer and revenue requirements.\nManage service enablement requirements, including ordering, entitlement, pricing, fulfillment, and invoicing readiness.\nPartner with global stakeholders to implement catalog changes and new service offerings.\nMonitor catalog performance, SKU utilization, and portfolio health to identify optimization opportunities.\nResolve complex catalog, entitlement, pricing, ordering, and invoicing issues impacting customer delivery.\nMaintain governance documentation, process flows, RACI models, and operational procedures.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX standards.\nDevelop training materials and knowledge resources to support catalog adoption and operational excellence.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that improve speed, quality, scalability, and predictability of catalog operations.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.\nTypically 5+ years of experience in:\nCatalog Management\nService Portfolio Management\nProduct or Service Operations\nRevenue Operations\nCommercial Operations\nProgram or Project Management\nKnowledge & Skills\nService Catalog Management\nService Portfolio Management\nSKU Governance\nProduct Lifecycle Management\nService Enablement\nProcess Design and Documentation\nOperational Excellence\nCompliance and Internal Controls\nFinancial Analysis\nERP Systems (SAP, S4/HANA)\nData Analytics\nMicrosoft Excel\nPower BI\nChange Management\nStakeholder Management\nContinuous Improvement\nCross-Org Skills\nStrategic Thinking\nExecutive Communication\nCollaboration and Influence\nCustomer Centricity\nResults Orientation\nLearning Agility\nDigital Fluency\nProblem Solving\nImpact & Scope\nLeads global catalog governance and service portfolio activities that influence operational readiness, customer experience, compliance, and business performance.
