This role partners closely with product managers, concept planners, architects, system engineering teams, software development teams, and ecosystem partners to evaluate, develop, and deliver new technologies throughout the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will combine strong program management capabilities, consumer notebook industry knowledge, and a proactive mindset to help shape future PC experiences while coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate emerging PC technologies, industry trends, and new software-enabled user experiences for consumer notebook products.\nCoordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of new, unique, and technically complex features from concept exploration through product launch.\nGuide cross-functional teams across hardware, software, system, platform, and partner organizations to ensure successful program execution.\nDevelop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, risk management plans, and key milestones to support product development objectives.\nMonitor project progress, identify potential challenges, facilitate issue resolution, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.\nFoster effective collaboration with suppliers, technology partners, and engineering teams to support quality, schedule, and product readiness goals.\nSupport the introduction of innovative technologies and continuous improvement initiatives within engineering and product development activities.\nShare technical and program management knowledge with team members and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in program management, project management, product development, or system engineering environments.\nExperience managing cross-functional product development programs with demonstrated ownership from planning through execution.\nUnderstanding of PC architecture, notebook platforms, hardware-software integration, or consumer computing technologies.\nStrong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to coordinate effectively across global teams and stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within the notebook, PC, consumer electronics, or related technology industries.\nPMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification.\nExperience collaborating with OEM, ODM, IHV, ISV, or ecosystem partners.\nDemonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and independently drive initiatives with minimal direction.\nFamiliarity with technology trend analysis, feature planning, and new product introduction processes.\nJob -\nEngineeringSchedule -\nFull timeShift -\nNo shift premium (Taiwan)Travel -\nRelocation -\nEqual Opportunity Employer (EEO)-\nHP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).\nPlease be assured that you will not be subject to any adverse treatment if you choose to disclose the information requested.
