Management, Print Engineering, Data Telemetry, UX, Software, Firmware, Cloud, and Fleet Manageability teams.\nTranslate customer and business requirements into actionable solution roadmaps and development plans.\nEnsure compliance with responsible AI, privacy, security, legal, and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor program health, budget, schedules, resource allocation, and dependencies.\nCommunicate executive-level status, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership.\nLead customer engagements, pilot programs, proof-of-concepts, and production rollouts.\nProduct Development Lifecycle\nOwn the Enterprise Product Development Lifecycle (PLC) framework from concept through end-of-life.\nDefine and maintain lifecycle processes, phase-gate requirements, deliverables, and governance standards.\nLead a cross-functional team of product stewards across the companies General Business Units for coordinating key updates to the Pan Print PLC.\nDrive consistency across multiple product portfolios, business units, and development organizations.\nEnsure cross-functional alignment on product development methodology, roles, responsibilities, and decision authority.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on accelerating time-to-market while maintaining quality and compliance.\nEstablish governance, risk management, key checkpoints and escalation frameworks for the business.\nEvaluate current development processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and scalability.\nLead process transformation initiatives supporting Agile, Hybrid, and Stage-Gate development methodologies.\nImplement best practices for Program Management, governance, product planning, and execution.\nDrive adoption of new tools, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in
