The Transformation Program Manager will manage a portfolio of Transformation programs impacting the Sourcing/Procurement organization. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the transformation programs, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and managing multiple interdependencies across workstreams, functions and geographies.\nResponsibilities:\nProgram Leadership & Execution\nDefine program scope, roadmap, milestones and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).\n\nEnsure timely delivery within scope, budget and quality expectations.\n\nMonitor resource requirements for the project and collaborate with cross functional teams to assure resource availability.\n\nWork closely with the Finance organization to understand and manage project budgets and spend.\n\nStrategic Alignment\nTranslate executive strategy into actionable program plans.\n\nPartner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs.\n\nEnsure initiatives deliver measurable business value (cost savings, efficiency, growth, risk reduction).\n\nStakeholder Management, Governance and Reporting\nServe as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and SI partners.\n\nEstablish and drive executive-level governance (steering committees, status reporting, decision forums).\n\nInfluence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.\n\nProvide clear, concise program updates to executive stakeholders.\n\nChange & Transformation Management\nAccountability for organizational change management (OCM) efforts and assure that communication, training, and adoption strategies are in place and executed appropriately.\n\nIdentify and mitigate change resistance and organizational risks.\n\nEnsure sustainable adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.\n\nRisk & Issue Management\nProactively identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.\n\nResolve complex issues across multiple teams and stakeholders.\n\nMaintain program health metrics and escalation frameworks.\n\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\n\nTypically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.\n\nExperience with digital transformation tools/technologies (e.g., ERP, S2P systems like Jaggaer, Icertis, SAP Ariba, etc..)\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA or Advanced degree.\n\nExperience in consulting or large enterprise transformation environments.\n\nStrong data analytics and reporting skills.\n\n Knowledge & Skills\nStrategic thinking and execution excellence.\n\nStrong leadership and influencing skills (without direct authority).\n\nStructured problem-solving and decision-making.\n\nChange leadership and organizational awareness.\n\nFinancial acumen and benefits realization tracking.\n\nAbility to manage ambiguity and complexity.\n\nDisclaimer\nThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
