The role also contributes to the validation of solutions, test strategies, product designs, and methodologies, and creates testing tooling, fixtures, scripts, automation, and apparatuses. The role collaborates with multiple stakehplders to develop high-quality solutions. Responsibilities\nParticipates in reviews of requirements, available design data and test plan development.\nDesigns portions of engineering solutions to test and evaluate systems, equipment, and devices based on established engineering principles and specifications.\nCollaborates with team of other engineers to validate the engineering solutions, test strategy, product design and methodologies.\nBuilds testing tooling, fixtures, scripts, automation, and apparatuses based on provided specifications.\nDevelops and implements test plans, schedules, and requirements for subsystems of new and existing designs.\nMonitors yield data for test and product issues while implementing continuous test enhancements to ensure quality of product.\nApplies professional expertise, exercises judgment, and resolves various issues by following company policies and procedures.\nWorks with senior engineers on root cause remediation with regards to systemic hardware, equipment and devices found during the tests; develops and executes reliable, cost effective and high quality test solutions.\nCollaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced testing and development partners.\nDevelops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture. Education & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in debug and validation, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
