This role offers strong exposure, meaningful influence, and the opportunity to help shape the future of Personal Systems while building a rewarding path for continued growth within HP.\nIf you are energized by strategic problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and building what is next, we would love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nLead strategic analyses to identifymarket trends, customer needs, competitive shifts, and emerging opportunities relevant to the Personal Systems business.\n\nDevelop recommendations on 1-5 yearstrategy, including where to play, how to win, growth priorities, and ecosystem partnerscollaborations.\n\nBuild data-driven business cases, long-term plans, and investment theses that inform portfolio, product, and business decisions.\n\nStructure analytical approaches, hypothesistrees, project plans, and executive-ready storylines to solve complex and ambiguous business problems.\n\nSynthesize insights from market research, financial analysis, and internal data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.\n\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives across areas such as AI PCs, future-of-work experiences, services, software, ecosystem partnerships, and new growth opportunities.\n\nDrive alignment across business, product, finance, and regional teams to ensure strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans that are executed.\n\nConsult with business executives on a wide range of issues related to strategic planning, risk management, business performance, and innovation opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with the broader Strategy and Planning team to bring different perspectives, pressure test ideas, and build holistic recommendations.\n\nKnowledge and Skills\nExceptional analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and hypothesis-driven decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to break down ambiguous issues into clear frameworks, actionable insights, and practical execution plans.\n\nStrong business acumen with experience assessing markets, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and business model implications.\n\nStrong project program management and prioritization skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple high-visibilityworkstreams. Translatestrategy into execution across a matrixed organization.\n\nProven ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and global partners.\n\nExperience building financial models, business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise, compelling, executive-ready presentationsand narratives.\n\nCuriosity, learning agility, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.\n\nAbility to connect technology, customer, and market trends to strategic choices for the Personal Systems portfolio.\n\nHigh degree of ownership, sound judgment, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\n\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.Typically8-10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business strategy, management consulting, product strategy, or a relatedfield.\n\nExperience in top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous strategy environment is highly desirable.\n\nExperience developing strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive communications for senior leaders.\n\nExperience working in technology, hardware, software, services, or adjacent industries is preferred.\n\nSalary\nThe pay range for this role is$130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
