The PS Strategy team is responsible for setting our long-term vision, medium-term strategy, and short-term plans. You will be working with PS Executives and working teams to define our gameplan that will impact our go forward strategy and tools. This role is responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, ensuring that it remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly changing business landscape. The role develops strategic recommendations by overseeing synthesis of data, conduction of in-depth analysis, and rigorous testing of hypotheses, ensuring well-informed strategic choices. The role works with large, cross-functional teams to facilitate projects and collaborates across businesses to align strategy with organizational goals.\nResponsibilities\nResearches and conducts analyses required to achieve objectives for large, complex business strategy projects.\nStructures analytical approaches and develops project strategies and tactics.\nDevelops recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance.\nManages large, cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery to clients.\nLeads the development of project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables to drive successful outcomes.\nConsults with business executives on a wide range of issues related to the strategy formulation process, including risk management and new growth opportunities.\nProvides thought leadership and contributes to expanding the knowledge base within area of expertise which includes developing new methods, techniques and criteria for developing strategy analysis and recommendations.\nCollaborates across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy and direction with corporate and divisional approaches, systems, information and support.\nLeverages strategic and management consulting frameworks to implement a comprehensive portfolio approach for evaluating and managing the organization's diverse business units, platforms, and products.\nFacilitates regular follow-ups on strategic planning to foster collaboration and ensure accountability. Desired Education & Experience\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\n\nHas at least 6-8+ years of work experience, preferably 3-4+ in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, or a related field\n\nCross-Org Skills\nEffective Communication\nResults Orientation\nLearning Agility\nDigital Fluency\nCustomer Centricity\nThe pay range for this role is$130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
