The role involves strategic planning, process optimization, team management, and collaboration with cross-functional departments. The role develops and maintains quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed quality specifications. Responsibilities\nAccounts for manufacturing and remanufacturing activities for multiple product lines, ensuring that performance meets regional or global business requirements.\nManages a team of higher level non-exempt individual contributors who typically support moderately complex daily work activities.\nManages essential business critical process documents like standard operating procedures, statements of work, business score cards, dashboards, etc.\nIdentifies opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements and collaborates with teams to implement changes.\nDevelops and manages the manufacturing budget, including cost control and expenditure tracking.\nEnsures accurate inventory records and minimizes excess or obsolete inventory.\nWorks closely with other departments, such as engineering, quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance, to achieve common goals.\nPerforms talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.\nEnsures compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific requirements. Education & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 4-7 years of job-related experience or 2-4 years of management experience, preferably in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.
