Oversee field delivery operations and serve as the main liaison for customers and partners, ensuring smooth service delivery, issue resolution, and support for high-priority accounts with a focus on efficiency, satisfaction, and renewals.\nResponsibilities\n1. Manage supplier governance, including periodic performance reviews and compliance checks.\n2. Ensure operational capacity and engineer capability across state/city/PUDO requirements, including skills readiness and training.\n3. Oversee HP branding compliance and conduct audits, ride-along assessments, and market-connect activities.\n4. Serve as the key escalation point for customer and GTM/RSM escalations, including non-major account concerns.\n5. Drive SLA, cost, and program performance, including BFT-SLA adherence, waste-cost control, and POR/program implementation.\n6.First Point of contact for Escalation from Suppliers, Customer, Reseller and GTM (FOS/ISP/ASM/RSM).\n7.Responsible for field KPI's Performence and support Field Operation Programs.\n8.Particpate & Conduct audit for Engineer branding and visit to PUDO ID for compliance requiremnet.\n9.Market visit along with GTM's & other stakeholders on need basis.\n10. Volume Forecast\n11.WW Engagement - Projects\n12.Cross functional engagement - CCC , ADM, SSC, GTM, Category ,MS\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in ITIL/ITSM, business, customer support, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
