Responsibilities\nSpecial Pricing Strategy, Governance & Compliance\nProvide subject matter expertise and practical guidance on special pricing strategy, compliance, transformation, and business priorities.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of governance frameworks, operating practices, policies, approval matrices, eligibility requirements, and operational controls for special pricing.\nSupport SOX compliance, audit readiness, risk management, and policy implementation in partnership with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Sales Operations, and Internal Audit.\nMonitor adherence, support exception reviews, and contribute to remediation actions addressing compliance risks and non-standard practices.\nSpecial Pricing Coordination & Performance\nCoordinate special pricing activities across markets, promoting consistency while considering regional business requirements.\nSupport governance forums, program reviews, executive updates, and cross-functional decision-making to strengthen alignment and execution.\nReview performance, adoption, and business impact using available analytics and market feedback to identify improvement opportunities.\nPartner with Pricing, Finance, Compliance, and market organizations to support business performance and profitability.\nBusiness Transformation & Operational Excellence\nContribute to special pricing transformation initiatives focused on automation, simplification, standardization, compliance, and operational excellence.\nSupport the adoption and implementation of strategic deal management and pricing platforms, including IQ, PriceHub, Clearwater, and future digital capabilities.\nHelp align the deployment of special pricing initiatives and transformation actions across markets and partners.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, governance, and user experience through automation and scalable approaches.\nExecution, Stakeholder Engagement & Communications\nSupport implementation planning, stakeholder alignment, governance, communications, performance tracking, and process follow-up.\nBuild collaborative relationships across market, sales, finance, compliance, legal, operations, and channel organizations to support consistent execution and business outcomes.\nCoordinate communications and change activities with internal stakeholders, helping ensure initiatives are practical and aligned with defined objectives.\nProvide input for executive reviews, audits, compliance assessments, and transformation initiatives related to special pricing.\nEducation & Experience Required:\nCollege degree in Marketing/Business/Technical.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nHighly knowledgeable of channel ecosystem and the business needs of HP's channel partners and end customers.\nExperience in go-to-market role including program design and implementation.\nKnowledge of compliance frameworks, internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit readiness\nStrong project management and analytical skills with ability to translate business data into actionable recommendations\nHighly collaborative with a Growth Mindset • Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across global organizations.\nExperience working with pricing systems, business analytics tools, and process automation initiatives.\nExceptional communication skills with the ability to
