Analyses Forecast Accuracy results and identifies reasons for deviations and take corrective actions Analyses stocking requirements for multi-echelon network and defines requirements to meet the desired customer service level, while optimizing inventory and inventory carrying costs. Evaluates current and future inventory requirements and takes action to mitigate shortages or excesses. Applies solid understanding in Multi-echelon Inventory Optimization methodology to take inventory decisions. Analyses inventory trends and deviations, and root causes, takes corrective actions. Closely monitors Excess & Obsolescence trends and takes actions to mitigate cost impact Optimizes sourcing plan to reach targeted inventory, by maximizing repair vs new buy Optimizes network replenishment requirements across many locations Initiates timely balancing of m
