The successful candidate will thrive in ambiguity, rapidly triage emerging business challenges, and lead cross-functional teams through high-impact transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Consulting & Problem Solving\nServe as an internal consultant to supply chain and business leaders across Personal Systems, Print, and Enterprise Operations.\n\nIntake, assess, and triage complex strategic and operational challenges requiring cross-functional leadership.\n\nStructure ambiguous problems into actionable workplans, hypotheses, analyses, and executive recommendations.\n\nFacilitate fact-based decision making through scenario planning, tradeoff analyses, and business case development.\n\nLead executive-level special projects and rapid-response initiatives related to emerging risks, opportunities, and disruptions.\n\nSupply Chain & Resilience Strategy\nDefine and advance HP's long-term supply chain resilience and network optimization strategies.\n\nLead assessments related to geographic diversification, manufacturing footprint design, partner ecosystem strategy, tariffs, market access, and geopolitical risk.\n\nConduct end-to-end supply chain studies across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.\n\nDevelop strategic recommendations balancing customer experience, cost, working capital, resilience, and sustainability objectives.\n\nSupport development of HP's future-state manufacturing and supply chain network roadmap.\n\nQualifications\n8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, consulting, strategy, or transformation leadership.\n\nExperience at a top-tier consulting firm, internal strategy organization, or equivalent strategic leadership role.\n\nDeep expertise across end-to-end supply chain functions including sourcing, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and resilience.\n\nStrong understanding of network design, manufacturing strategy, trade policy, tariff impacts, and geopolitical risk.\n\nDemonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.\n\nAdvanced analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.\n\nExceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.\n\nExperience influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across large matrixed organizations.\n\nBachelors degree or equivalent strategic consulting experience preferred.\n\nLeadership Attributes\nSystems thinker who can connect decisions across the entire supply chain ecosystem.\n\nNaturally curious with a relentless focus on root-cause problem solving.\n\nThrives in ambiguity and rapidly translates uncertainty into action.\n\nTrusted advisor capable of influencing without direct authority.\n\nStrong executive presence with the ability to engage leaders at all organizational levels.\n\nAction-oriented with a bias toward execution and measurable outcomes.\n\nCollaborative and team-oriented while comfortable independently driving initiatives.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe pay range for this role is $121,950.00 - 179,900.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
