The System Engineer will work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management teams to ensure the successful delivery of system-level quality, performance, and schedule objectives.\nAs next-generation ISA platforms continue to increase in complexity, this position will serve as a key contributor in enhancing both the technical maturity of the product and the overall development efficiency of the organization.\nResponsibilities\n1. Cross-Functional Coordination\nCollaborate effectively with Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.\nResolve ISA-related issues identified during CPE validation, MIB and manufacturing activities.\nLead technical communication with global development teams and external partners.\n2. System Requirements & Architecture\nGather, prioritize, and escalate product and system requirements as necessary.\nEnsure traceability between customer requirements and product design implementations.\nSupport system architecture development and interface definition activities.\nEstablish and maintain a requirements-driven design approach throughout the development process.\n2. Technical Leadership\nServe as a System-Level Technical Engineer.\nParticipate in and facilitate Design Reviews and Technical Reviews.\nIdentify, analyze, and support the resolution of critical technical issues and risks.\n4. Verification & Validation\nSupport system verification planning and execution activities.\nConduct requirements-based Verification & Validation (V&V).\nVerify compliance with performance, reliability, and quality objectives.\nAnalyze system-level test results and drive corrective actions and improvements.\n5. Program Execution Support\nProvide technical support to achieve key development milestones.\nSupport Program Teams in managing schedule, cost, and technical risks.\nDrive timely resolution and escalation of critical issues throughout product development.\n6.
