Other than ink formulation and print performance fundamentals, this role would also require program management, supplier management and collaboration cross-site and cross-functional. This role combines expertise in ink formulation with responsibilities in process scale-up, product qualification, supplier collaboration, and change management. The chemist ensures inks meet requirements for performance, manufacturability, regulatory compliance, cost, and supply continuity, while driving project execution, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
