In this role, you will manage a team of chemists, engineers, supplier relationship owners, and program managers responsible for the qualification, manufacturing, supply continuity, and lifecycle management of HP's global production ink portfolio.\nAs a member of the TIM Global leadership team, you will sponsor business-critical programs, manage strategic supplier partnerships, and help drive execution against quality, supply continuity, compliance, and cost objectives. Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to build effective partnerships across a global network spanning R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Business Unit organizations.\nThis position is based in Corvallis, Oregon.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach, and develop a team of technical and program management professionals.\n\nFoster an inclusive, collaborative environment where employees can innovate, grow, and deliver results.\n\nSponsor management of change programs supporting product quality, supply continuity, regulatory compliance, and cost competitiveness.\n\nManage organizational resources, budgets, and business priorities in a complex matrixed environment.\n\nGuide issue resolution and escalation management for complex technical and operational challenges.\n\nRepresent the TIM Global organization objectives and performance with assigned Business Units and stakeholders.\n\nLead strategic supplier relationships in partnership with the Print Procurement organization.\n\nChampion operational excellence, continuous improvement, and effective business processes.\n\nQualifications\nDegree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.\n\n5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, development, or technical environment.\n\nExperience leading and developing technical professionals.\n\nExperience working across global teams, diverse cultures, and organizations.\n\nExperience with printing technologies or color science preferred.\n\nAbility to travel internationally (\n\nWe encourage candidates to apply even if their experience does not align with every qualification listed.\nWhy Join TIM Global?\nTIM Global sits at the intersection of chemistry, manufacturing, supply chain, and innovation.
