The portfolio spans secure PCs, firmware and BIOS protection, cloud management platforms, endpoint security solutions, and innovative security services.\nJob Summary\nThis role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs within the HP Wolf Security organization.\nYou will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across software, cloud, firmware, and platform security solutions, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.\nYou will partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Security Research, Architecture, Customer Success, Commercial teams, and executive stakeholders to coordinate program activities, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and enable successful product delivery.\nThe successful candidate will bring strong technical program management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate highly complex environments while driving alignment across globally distributed teams.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead complex technical programs across the HP Wolf Security portfolio from planning through execution and delivery.\n\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and key deliverables.\n\nDrive cross-functional coordination across engineering, architecture, product management, quality assurance, operations, and commercial teams.\n\nIdentify, assess, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and program trade-offs.\n\nEstablish effective governance mechanisms and provide regular program updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.\n\nFacilitate alignment across global teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic security initiatives.\n\nMonitor program health through key performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and operational metrics.\n\nDrive operational excellence through continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and best practices.\n\nPartner with engineering leaders to manage execution across software, cloud, firmware, and endpoint security development initiatives.\n\nSupport release planning, readiness reviews, and go-to-market execution activities for new capabilities and services.\n\nCoordinate technical decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management across multiple teams.\n\nCollaborate with product management to ensure business priorities, customer requirements, and technical execution remain aligned.\n\nDrive post-launch reviews, lessons learned, and ongoing optimization activities.\n\nTake ownership of separately assigned strategic initiatives supporting HP Wolf Security business objectives.\n\nQualifications\nSignificant experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Engineering Program Management.\n\nProven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional software and technology programs from concept through delivery.\n\nStrong understanding of software development methodologies, Agile execution frameworks, and product delivery lifecycles.\n\nExperience managing programs involving cloud platforms, enterprise software, security solutions, or platform technologies.\n\nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse technical and business teams.\n\nExcellent communication, organizational, and executive presentation skills.\n\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, establish priorities, and make data-driven decisions.\n\nExperience working with globally distributed engineering and product teams.\n\nKnowledge of cybersecurity, endpoint security, cloud services, firmware, or hardware-enabled security solutions is strongly preferred.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nPMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related project/program management certifications are a plus.\n\nDemonstrates a growth mindset, embraces change, adjusts proactively to evolving business needs, and exercises strong teamwork to drive collective success.\n\nLocation & working model\nThis role is based in HP’s Cambridge office under a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum requirement to be onsite three days per week.
