We prioritize security and consistency, creating innovative software layer that enhances every user interaction with comprehensive hardware touchpoints ensuring a holistic approach.\nResponsibilities:\nTechnical Engineering interns in Personal Systems typically work on projects that allow them to learn to develop UEFI/BIOS code on HP Workstations, troubleshoot complex problems, and gather training data for AI Models\nEducation and Experience Required:\n3rd Year of University completed or 1st year of Masters completed--typically a technical degree specialization.\n\nHas no more than 24 months of prior work experience professionally related to the intern requisition they are applying to (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience)\n\nAble to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027, and not require sponsorship in the future.\n\nCore technical skills desired\nCircuit analysis and design\n\nAnalog and digital electronics\n\nPCB design and schematic capture\n\nOscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, and power supply usage\n\nSoldering and hardware assembly\n\nEmbedded systems and microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, ESP32, PIC, etc.)\n\nDigital logic and FPGA basics\n\nPower electronics and power systems fundamentals\n\nControl systems\n\nSignal processing\n\nBasic RF/wireless concepts (for communications roles)\n\nPreferred Majors: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree with a focus on:\nElectrical Engineering\nComputer Engineering\nElectrical and Computer Engineering\nElectronics Engineering\nMechatronics Engineering (especially for robotics and automation)\nSystems Engineering (for controls and integration)\nPhysics (for research- or hardware-focused roles)\nComputer Science (for embedded systems or firmware internships)\nWe are looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
