Job description Helical Pile Solutions (HPS) is seeking experienced and motivated construction professionals for long-term utility, industrial, infrastructure, renewable energy, transmission line, and substation foundation projects throughout Western Canada. The Drill Rig Operator is responsible for the safe operation of various types of foundation drill rigs and construction equipment. Requirements Responsibilities Operate drilling equipment for foundation construction Install large-diameter drilled caissons and helical pile foundations Support transmission line, substation, industrial, and infrastructure projects Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Preferred Experience Foundation drilling Large-diameter caissons Deep foundation construction Utility, civil, or industrial projects Qualifications Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 1 or 3 is an asset) Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor construction environment Field safety tickets including First Aid, H2S, CSTS, and Ground Disturbance are an asset This is a safety sensitive position and will require candidates to comply with HPS drug and alcohol program Work Environment Construction environment Outdoors, incl
