Additionally, you will provide training and support to our customer-facing teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to assist clients with integration-related matters.\nWhat this job is\nA customer-facing role working directly with external clients and owning the communication directly with customers and their IT teams.\n\nA project management role, carrying a book of roughly 15 to 20 integration projects at once and driving each to resolution.\n\nHands-on technical work: responsible for data migrations, HRIS changes, and standard/custom integrations.\n\nEnterprise API integration work (REST, SOAP, SFTP, webhooks) connecting HR Acuity to systems like HRIS, CRM, and ERP, including for the company's biggest customers.\n\nA translator role, turning customer business requirements into technical configurations and troubleshooting issues as they arise.\n\nWhat this job is not\nNot an engineering role.
