Accounting Clerk

HR Associates is supporting a growing client in recruiting a Junior Accounting Clerk for a temporary assignment of approximately six months in Concord, Ontario. This entry-level role focuses on transferring accounting data from an existing system into a new system.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and transfer accounting data into the new system.
• Check entries against existing records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify missing information or discrepancies for review.
• Track completed entries and organize supporting records.
• Provide data entry support during the system transition.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering data.
• Comfortable working with numbers and computer-based records.
