Responsibilities\nCoordinate daily operations to support production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery.\nSource and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and monitor supplier performance.\nManage purchase orders, order tracking, invoice reconciliation, and supplier issues.\nCoordinate inventory planning, replenishment, inbound logistics, and freight scheduling.\nMaintain purchasing procedures, procurement records, and contract documentation.\nMonitor costs and operational performance, and implement process improvements.\nSupport customer service and warranty claims.\nQualifications\nAt least five years of experience in procurement or supply chain.\nManufacturing experience, including creating and managing purchase orders.\nEducation in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong knowledge of supplier negotiations, purchasing processes, and inventory coordination.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or purchasing systems are preferred.\nAn SCMP designation or related
