operational data to help management understand business performance, identify profitability opportunities, optimize liquidity and capital deployment, and support strategic decision-making.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nAnalyze revenue, costs, margins and profitability across services, partners and locations.\n\nPrepare management reports, forecasts and budget-versus-actual analysis, highlighting key variances and their drivers.\n\nAnalyze transaction volumes, commissions and margins to identify profitable and underperforming services.\n\nMonitor float utilization, working capital and liquidity, and support efficient allocation of capital.\n\nDevelop financial models, forecasts, break-even analyses, ROI calculations and scenario/sensitivity analyses.\n\nAssess the financial viability of new locations, products, partnerships and other business investments.\n\nAnalyze partner and branch/location profitability and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.\n\nMonitor revenue assurance, commissions receivable and financial discrepancies to identify potential revenue leakage.\n\nDevelop and maintain management dashboards providing clear visibility of key financial and commercial performance indicators.\n\nProvide practical recommendations to management based on financial and business analysis.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, Commerce or another numerically focused discipline.\n\nApproximately 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, commercial finance, treasury, investment analysis, revenue assurance, financial operations or a related field.\n\nExperience in fintech, banking, payments, mobile money, financial services, telecoms or another transaction-driven environment is an advantage.\n\nACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA or a similar professional qualification completed or in progress is an added advantage.\n\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, data analysis and financial modelling.\n\nAbility to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful business insights.\n\nExperience with Power BI or other business intelligence/data visualization tools is an advantage.\n\nKey Attributes\n\nOur client is looking for someone who
