You'll partner with leaders, technology teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve problems, improve processes, and deliver solutions from concept through implementation.\nDay-to-Day, you'll...\nLead multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications are effectively managed.\nAnalyze operational data and trends using Microsoft Excel, case management system, and other reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement and make actionable recommendations.\nCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide visibility into performance, workload trends, and business outcomes.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand operational business needs, document requirements, and translate those needs into practical solutions.\nSupport and enhance case management and operational business systems, including troubleshooting issues, coordinating system updates, and providing user support.\nAssist with the implementation, testing, and optimization of an employee service platform that supports tickets, chat, and phone interactions.\nDocument operational processes and develop training materials that help teams adopt new tools and best practices.\nIdentify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality.\nCollaborate with internal and external partners to deliver projects that create measurable business value.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience\nThree or more years of experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), system integrations, automation, or connected business systems\nDemonstrated experience managing projects from initiation through implementation, including timelines, priorities, deadlines, and results\nExperience gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, and balancing multiple priorities\nAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations\nStrong understanding of how systems exchange data and support business processes\nAbility to communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making, facilitation, and presentation skills\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nPower BI reporting and dashboard development\nCase management systems or customer service platforms\nConsulting or process improvement environments\nHuman Resources operations\nTax, financial services, or highly regulated industries\nArtificial Intelligence tools and platforms\nProject Management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches\nWhy work for us\nAt H&R Block, our purpose is simple: to provide help and inspire confidence in our clients and communities everywhere. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
