You’ll shape strategy, identify new opportunities, win customers, build partnerships and ensure the business delivers against its growth and profit objectives, while leading a team of technical and operational specialists.\nThis is a role for someone who wants to make their mark - combining industry knowledge, commercial leadership and innovative AI to help shape the next chapter of a New Zealand business with ambitions to grow both locally and internationally.\n We are looking for someone who is commercial, credible and motivated - a leader who can roll up their sleeves, get out into the market and make things happen.\nYou will ideally bring:\nSenior commercial or General Management experience with P&L accountability.\nStrong business development and customer growth capability.\nKiwifruit or horticulture industry experience and credibility.\nStrategic and commercial acumen, including pricing and negotiation.\nThe ability to clearly articulate a customer value proposition and translate it into compelling conversations with growers and industry customers.\nExperience leading teams and working effectively with a Board.\nThe confidence and energy to get out into the market, build relationships and win new business.\nIdeally, exposure to technology, product development or innovation.\nYou’ll be personable, pragmatic and relatable - equally comfortable engaging with growers and customers as you are operating at Board level.\n Why Fruitometry\nFruitometry is at an exciting point in its evolution.
