value for its customers.\nResponsibilities\nCreating and maintaining weekly production plans and reviewing production requirements at least two weeks in advance;\nDetermining the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to meet production demand;\nMonitoring performance together with production managers and line coordinators, and confirming shipping dates with the shipping department;\nPlanning and prioritizing production operations to ensure maximum efficiency, stable production schedules, and minimal delays;\nProactively identifying production bottlenecks, capacity limitations, and risks to delivery performance, and driving resolution together with relevant departments;\nCommunicating and cooperating with other departments (Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Shipping).\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a similar technical field;\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant practical experience as a Production Planner in a manufacturing environment;\nAbility to read and understand technical drawings;\nExperience in planning complex products consisting of multiple components would be an advantage;\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage;\nStrong customer orientation, critical thinking, and analytical skills;\nResults-oriented mindset and strong communication and
