Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you will manage purchasing activities, monitor deliveries, and help maintain an efficient supply chain. You will contribute to smooth production operations by ensuring materials are available when needed and proactively addressing supply challenges.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate purchase orders, ensuring the right products are delivered in the right quantities and at the right time.\nCollaborate with suppliers worldwide, focusing on quality and delivery performance.\nMonitor open orders and follow up on delivery schedules.\nManage order changes and resolve supply issues according to production needs.\nCoordinate transportation and customs documentation when required.\nApprove invoices and resolve discrepancies.\nMaintain procurement related master data and update approved price changes.\nSupport inventory management and manage service orders.\nCollaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth purchasing and production process.\nRequirements\nHigher education.\nSeveral years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly company.\nExperience/knowledge/understanding of production planning would be considered as an advantage.\nFluency in English.\nExperience with ERP systems; knowledge of Axapta / Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.\nA structured and systematic approach, with strong attention to detail.\nA hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.\nAbility to organize work effectively and meet deadlines.\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative, service-minded attitude.\nBenefits\nAbility to grow as a purchasing specialist in a modern worldwide working environment.\nBecome a part of a friendly and goal-oriented team.\nBonus package: free lunch twice a week, partial reimbursement of commuting expenses (€28 per month), and summer and winter team events.\nWorking hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30-16:15; Friday, 07:30-15:00.\nFree on-site parking.\nSalary ranges from 2800 EUR to 3000 EUR gross per month.
