End-to-End Process Analysis and Documentation\n\nAnalyse existing banking processes and document current-state (As-Is) workflows.\n\nDevelop future-state (To-Be) process models aligned with business and technology requirements.\n\nDocument detailed operational and technical workflows across banking systems.\n\nIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication and control weaknesses.\n\nMap process activities, decision points, exceptions, hand-offs and dependencies.\n\nEnsure process documentation accurately reflects how banking transactions and operations function.\n\n2. Technical Process Engineering\n\nTranslate business processes into detailed technical process specifications.\n\nDocument system interactions, application dependencies and integration points.\n\nMap data flows between upstream and downstream banking systems.\n\nDocument APIs, interfaces, messaging flows, data exchanges and system hand-offs where applicable.\n\nIdentify technical dependencies, process exceptions, failure points and reconciliation requirements.\n\nWork closely with Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Solution Architects and Development teams to ensure process designs are technically feasible.\n\n3. Banking Process Knowledge\n\nAnalyse and document banking processes across relevant business and operational areas.\n\nUnderstand transaction lifecycles, processing rules, business events and system dependencies.\n\nDocument payment processing, collections, account servicing, transaction processing and posting workflows where applicable.\n\nUnderstand the impact of process changes on operational controls, compliance, risk and customer experience.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve process efficiency, consistency and automation.\n\n4. Stakeholder Engagement\n\nFacilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders.\n\nGather and validate process information from subject matter experts.\n\nCollaborate with operations, product, technology, risk and compliance teams.\n\nObtain stakeholder feedback and ensure documented processes are accurate and complete.\n\nSupport formal business review and approval of process documentation.\n\n5. Process Optimisation and Continuous Improvement\n\nIdentify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation and automation.\n\nConduct root-cause analysis to investigate process inefficiencies and operational issues.\n\nRecommend improvements to workflows, system interactions and operational procedures.\n\nAssess the impact of proposed changes on existing processes and systems.\n\nSupport the implementation of improved processes and operating models.\n\n6.
