The individual will act as an RSA Archer Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving platform improvements, automation and business process optimization.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Administer, configure and enhance the RSA Archer platform.\n\n- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Design, configure and manage Archer applications, workflows and solutions.\n\n- Develop and implement integrations across vendor-hosted applications using APIs and custom solutions.\n\n- Manage user security roles, profiles and access permissions.\n\n- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization.\n\n- Provide technical and operational support for RSA Archer-related issues.\n\n- Perform platform monitoring and implement performance improvements.\n\n- Manage change control, configuration, development, testing and migration activities.\n\n- Conduct regression and smoke testing to ensure platform stability.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering, business and IT teams to deliver platform enhancements.\n\n- Drive automation of manual processes and continuous platform improvements.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology or a related field.\n\n- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in RSA Archer administration and development.\n\n- Hands-on experience in RSA Archer platform implementation, customization, configuration and operational support.\n\n- Strong knowledge of application configuration, workflow management, solution design and platform governance.\n\n- Experience with Archer integrations, APIs, data management and reporting.\n\n- Understanding of user access controls, security roles and permissions.\n\n- Basic knowledge of coding or scripting languages.\n\n- Experience with regression testing and smoke testing.\n\n- Knowledge of SQL and relevant enterprise technology platforms.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Profile:\n\n- Candidates with hands-on RSA Archer administration and configuration experience.\n\n- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.\n\n- Ability to independently manage platform enhancements, integrations and support activities.\n\n- Strong ownership, documentation and stakeholder management
